Amy Ritchie is a leader in strategic development and planning, financial management, process improvement and organizational redesign. For over 20 years, she has successfully optimized the financial performance of businesses.
Most recently she worked at Avery Dennison as Chief Financial Officer of their $400 million Global Industrial and Medical Products Division, which has manufacturing operations in the United States, Europe, China and Brazil. Headquartered out of Belgium, she worked with each region to build strategy execution plans and improve their operational and financial performance. In addition, she was the acting General Manager of its $200 million North American business in 2008. Prior to Avery Dennison, she worked at Chase Bank in both Commercial Lending and Private Banking. From 2010-2014, she was the Chief Financial Officer for ArchPoint Group.
At ArchPoint, Amy focuses on strategy development and execution, change management and organizational design. She can rapidly identify business issues, initiate change and implement new processes in diverse environments. She is well versed in the industrial, automotive, medical, and health & beauty industries.
Amy earned her BA from Miami University of Ohio and her MBA from Case Western Reserve University. Amy is based in Cleveland.
